I love so many things about it, from being able to book online, to Jared explaining every step to me, to having an idea of what I might need to budget for next. It's like having a dad around all the time - I know if anything goes wrong, they'll take care of me.

Speedy service. Was planning on leaving my care but they had me right in for an oil change.

WHile this particular service was semi-scheduled the potential time and worst possible cost were both offered and clarified before work progressed. All in all - a seamless and excellent experience for me.

I am happy and unhappy. Employees are always very nice and accomodating.....However.....I took my car in because it was making a noise. I don't believe the car was test driven, just idled into the shop. They never heard any noises. They changed belts for something to do. I paid approx. $360.00.The instant I drove the car away it made the same noise. I returned the car and they came up with that it needs a new transmission.(and it did) My only problem is that it never fails when I take my car anywhere, they do work on it and don't locate or fix the problem. I said its like me going to the Dr with chest pain and he cuts my boob off. I still have chest pain and he goes, "Ohhhhhhhhh!!!! It's your heart!!!" I paid for surgery to have my boob cut off. I's not new but still good. I want my boob back!!!!! You're not all bad. Just not all good.

I wish I could rate my experience greater then a 10. I own a Suzuki and my nephew owns a Volkswagen, his girlfriend has a Nissan (and they live in Red Deer). After my car was repaired I spoke so highly of the service, and facility, my nephew said he's going to check them out too! Friendly, knowledgeable help is rare anymore (especially for a woman with car trouble) and I was treated with respect and honesty. INCREDIBLE!

I find the staff courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended Wrenchmasters to friends. I have no problems with any part of the service that I have received in the past 4 years, on either of our vehicles.
