Great service!

I have been taking my vehicle to Wrenchmasters for about 12 years. I have never been disappointed. Easy to get an appointment, they give me a ride home or where I need to go, and pick me up. Work is always well done. Staff is super friendly, know their stuff, and quote you a price as close as they can barring nothing else is wrong. The owner Jeff is a hoot but my favourites are Glen and Taylor. Glen is an icon there and Taylor, I just have watched him blossom into a mechanic. Don’t really know the rest of the boys but they’re always good to me. Adrian is new and he’s very efficient. I highly recommend this place. The price is a little higher but the quality of work is EXCELLENT!

Friendly people, convenient customer service shuttle to take me home and pick me up after work was completed. We just had to take the car in for some brake work, a wheel alignment and a few other odds and ends. Once again, another satisfied customer! Recently I rolled in late in the day with a tire going flat (4:30). They took it off, found the problem and got me on my way BEFORE 5! Fast Service!

Well where to start? I started using Jeff over 20 years ago. I continue to go back because of his honesty and straight facts approach. Essentially he will diagnose what needs to be done, what can wait and zero pressure. I never get the feeling that I am being "sold" anything that isn't required. Adrian is a rock star as well- very friendly and approachable and shares the same philosophy as Jeff.
