Took my vehicle in for "certified third party warranty" repair, took over a month to get a part in. They replaced my transmission then paddle shifters wouldn't work. Then took vehicle to dealership to get a cluster programmed and then car wouldn't shift out of park. After being towed to a "certified repair shop" the conclusion was that during the transmission change they broke my shifter cables which caused the cluster programming to fail and costing me another $1600 on top of the previous $1700 for the transmission swap. Had nothing but months of headaches dealing with this shop and their "certified techs". Their reply "it worked when it left" but they were the only ones that worked on the transmission and wouldn't accept responsibility for the damage. Forgot to mention that I asked for a breakdown of cost for parts the third party warranty wouldn't cover, they didn't include everything and overcharged on parts.

These guys treat you very well. They never suggest work to be done that doesn't need doing and they tell you up front what the cost will be.

What does customer service mean these days? What brings customers back again and again and encourages others to offer their patronage? What does it mean for a company to go above and beyond, to care for their customers and those in their greater community? I have a few answers to these questions and the overall broad, reaching answer is to look to Wrenchmasters Autopro for a clear example. Now, I have experienced many things as a customer over 50 plus years but truly none have ever been as positive as the care, professionalism and excellence as I have received with this company. I have recently been barraged with constant calls from a national company that has left me bereft of patience and feeling disrespected and frustrated. What a contrast to what the team at Wrenchmasters in Red Deer have treated me with. I have had some struggles of late but always reach out to them first for service for my vehicle, and those of my children. They unfailingly step in with almost immediate responses on twitter and book appointments and get us in to care for the concerns. They do it with such professionalism and quiet humility that I fear it goes unnoticed. I want to be sure that I am not allowing my experience to go unnoticed. I would like to publicly extend my utmost appreciation to the entire team at Wrenchmasters Autopro for all they have offered in care and respect. Thank you for making my vehicle safe and sound for travel throughout all the seasons of this crazy weather province. Thank you for the humility and confidence with which you do what you do in our community. I will continue to speak well of you to all when talking about upkeep of vehicles. Please know that you make a difference .... a big difference. Seasons greetings to you and remember... keep doing what you are doing. Paula Marie Cornell
